Understanding Contractor Financials

In this course, Territory Managers will learn the importance of departmentalization and the role that overhead plays in the contracting business. Territory Managers will walk away with an understanding of how to coach dealers in setting up the proper chart of accounts and allocate overhead so that they can manage their business by department. Territory Managers will also learn the roles that the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement play in a contracting business.
