5.5 – Database for HVAC Flat Rate – Edit Capable: Here is the raw database to establish a book. It is just the example data to create a flat rate repair. Utilize this to determine what repairs you may want. It is a tool to edit and form decisions. It is not linked. The purpose of this tool is to experiment with various repairs, prices, parts costs, generic repairs and OEM repairs that are expensive parts which you may want to hard code the price.
