Service Technician Training

The service technician module will take a service technician from the proper mindset of starting their day all the way through the step-by-step process of executing the “perfect service call.” In this series the technician will learn key communication skills in dealing with homeowners. Examples include having empathy for the customer’s situation, properly communicating the repair options, and making technical jargon easy to understand. The goal of this course is to give the technician the soft skills needed to make the customer feel completely comfortable in the service call experience. This course applies to both technicians that have the ability sell equipment as well as those who turn leads over to a sales team.
