The role of a General Manager is to “Lead”! This requires planning, directing through communication and leadership skills, plus controlling and developing the management functions of the company operations. The GM is responsible for the leadership, management, and performance of the company.
Below is a cultivated collection of the various online courses, live workshops and supplemental educational resources that current or perspective General Manager’s of residential HVAC businesses should complete to be successful in their role.
Any individual who satisfactorily completes all of the required courses and workshops listed below within a two-year time-frame is eligible for the official Contractor University certified HVAC General Manager designation. To begin the program, complete the letter of intent form to make us aware of your plan to work towards your official certification.
